Remember a few weeks ago when 500 or more longshoremen stormed a port in Washington state? They were angry not that the port didn't hire union labor but that it didn't hire the right union labor. So they took 6 security guards hostage and trashed the place.

Well that thuggery was apparently not enough for these union members. After taking out their anger on the media they have moved back to violence. While blocking train tracks to the port they stormed previously at least two of the longshoremen attacked police officers. The attack was caught on camera:

Of course, despite the fact that the video is crystal clear, the longshoremen's local president denied that what they did was wrong. Make sure you check out his inane ramblings over at Verum Serum. He assures everybody that the longshoremen won't "back down" so we can all be sure these thugs will be out in force again shortly.

In the end these thugs won't prevail. Their intimidation tactics won't win over people or businesses. Their violence simply exposes exactly the kind of people they are and exactly why their power and influence continues to collapse.
