Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) told MRCTV that he believes "all roads lead back" to Attorney General Eric Holder for the fatally botched Operation Fast and Furious.

West says (4:02 into the video):

"If we have a federal government that implemented a program that resulted in the death of a United States border patrol agent, then we've got a problem. Someone is responsible for that, someone approved that program, and we need to find out who those individuals are and they need to be held accountable and I think it comes back to a failure in leadership, at the top of the Department of Justice, and if we find that there has be obstruction in the investigation- as per the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) has stated- then this is really something we must contend with because I don't want to see this continue on where people believe they can operate outside and above the rule of law in this country. I think all roads lead back to the Attorney General (Eric Holder). I have been on record to say he needs to step down, or the president needs to fire him. If the president does not, then I believe the president then is complicit and in approval of some of the things we've seen coming out of the Department of Justice."
