Face the Nation moderator Margaret Brennan on Sunday helped push a Joe Biden re-election talking point as she attempted to undermine the widely held negative view of Bidenomics. Interviewing Senator tim Scott (R-SC), a Republican presidential candidate, Brennan touted a “surprisingly robust September jobs report” before championing how the number “shattered expectations” and showed “economic…

MSNBC guest Elie Mystal isn’t concerned about polls showing Donald Trump ahead of President Joe Biden because Trump’s support is fueled by the racism of his supporters and his appeal to it. On Sunday night’s Mehdi Hasan Show on MSNBC, Elie Mystal cited a study which contended the “biggest indicator of whether or not you support Trump is whether or not you believe racism has been defeated.” The…

Appearing Sunday on ABC’s This Week, Susan Glasser, Washington reporter for The New Yorker and a veteran of the Washington Post and Politico, lamented how “we are all somehow living in Donald Trump’s alternate reality” where it’s “good that Donald Trump is a criminal defendant, but somehow bad electorally for the president [Biden] that his son is being investigated for something, that as far as…

Leave it to the ladies of The View to provide a new level of Trump derangement as they ruminated about alternatives to prison for him if the Secret Service would not allow him to serve a sentence. A giddy Joy Behar suggested making a deal with special counsel Jack Smith, “without jail, and he says, ‘I’m going away and moving to Saudi Arabia’?”   After some audience laughter, she doubled down: “I…

NBC’s Chuck Todd on Sunday only reluctantly raised Hunter Biden with a Democratic Senator before regretting the conservative “ecosystem” is forcing the topic into the public discourse. “Let me start with the Hunter Biden situation and I understand that, you know, you believe this is all being emphasized due to politics,” Todd demurred to Senator Chris Coons, co-chair of the Biden-re-election…

The broadcast networks have barely touched the Hunter Biden scandals and questions about his father’s role in his receipt of millions from foreign interests, yet on Sunday’s Face  the Nation, CBS’s Margaret Brennan suggested it’s time for Republicans to “move on” from the misdeeds of the president’s son. Interviewing Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie, Brennan cited a plea deal for…

There’s only one candidate for president who can legitimately command public support, that’s the one in the Democratic Party, of course, regular Morning Joe on MSNBC guest Jon Meacham, once the editor of Newsweek and now touted as a “Pulitzer Prize-winning historian,” contended on Friday. Meacham categorized all the Republicans as illegitimate: “We can choose a constitutionalist, a party that has…
