Former vice president, failed presidential candidate, and global warming propagandist Al Gore poked the virtual hornet’s nest Sunday when he compared climate change skeptics to cowardly Uvalde police who left nearly two dozen children and teachers to die at the hands of a crazed gunman.
"The climate deniers are really in some ways similar to all of those almost 400 law enforcement officers in Uvalde, Texas, who were waiting outside an unlocked door while the children were being massacred," Gore told NBC's "Meet the Press" Sunday. "They heard the screams, they heard the gunshots, and nobody stepped forward."
"And God bless those families who've suffered so much,” he went on. “And law enforcement officials tell us that's not typical of what law enforcement usually does. And confronted with this global emergency, what we're doing with our inaction and failing to walk through the door and stop the killing, is not typical of what we are capable of as human beings. We do have the solutions.”

Gore added that the U.S. isn’t doing enough to combat climate change because our “democracy is broken.”

“In order to solve the climate crisis we're going to have to pay attention to the democracy crisis," he said, without actually explaining how our “democracy” (which the U.S. doesn’t actually have) is in peril, how we should “fix” it (beyond electing the left-wing politicians of whom Al Gore approves), or how doing so will address the climate crisis (beyond those left-wing politicians dumping trillions of taxpayer cash into global “solutions”).
Of course, those who may be rightly skeptical of the left’s consistently disproven predictions of a global warming apocalypse and of the left’s exorbitantly expensive, government-run answers to this supposed crisis have little, if anything, in common with police officers who intentionally stood by checking their phones and listening to the screams of children being murdered by a madman with a rifle.
Although, if ignoring struggles of others while benefiting oneself is a common denominator, it’s one those cowardly cops definitely share with the propaganda-profiting Gore.
