Transgender influencer "Lilly Tino" now says he is “stepping away” from social media as he faces possible prison time and a $5,000 fine for including random women and young girls in his selfies without their consent inside the ladies’ restroom at Disney World this past June, according to TimesNowWorld.
Lilly Tino, born Nicholas Sylvan Contino, has almost half a million TikTok followers and 16.7 million views.
Besides snapping photos of ladies' restrooms with other women in them, Contino has caused controversy by recording himself being "misgendered" by restaurant waiters who refer to him using male pronouns, harassing them and posting the videos online. He also recorded himself sitting at a restaurant in a Disney park using a corndog and cake pops to explain how gender "reassignment" surgery has altered his male anatomy, according to InsideTheMagic. In another video, he bragged about how he even "peed standing up" in the women's bathroom at Disney World.

Now, the Attorney General’s office of the state of Florida opened a formal investigation on June 24 to review Contino’s footage. “Recording someone in a place where they reasonably expect privacy is not only wrong, it’s criminal,” an AG spokesperson said, according to HypeFresh.
The investigation is based on Florida Statute 810.145, a criminal code that prohibits the illegal recording of private places such as bathrooms or dressing rooms, in addition to the fact that Contino is a biological male intentionally invading women's sex-specific spaces.
“We do not tolerate men or boys in women’s restrooms, gyms, private spaces,” said Uthmier, according to InsideTheMagic.
Which, naturally, caused Contino to one again play the innocent victim being oppressed for his gender "identity."
In his most recent TikTok posted on July 3, Contino lacked his typical energy and carried a subdued look, saying, “I am deeply hurt because of the amount of hate I’ve gotten. That hurt has influenced the way I do things.”
With his head leaning on his hand, Contino continued, “I’m going to take a break. I don’t know when I’ll be back. I’m gonna work on the way that my hurt has taken over my content in some ways.”
Contino defended himself by claiming that celebrities take photos in restrooms, while failing to mention that they don’t include other people without their consent. He went on to say, “Everyone takes selfies in bathrooms. This only became a scandal because I’m trans.”
J.K. Rowling, author of the popular Harry Potter series, fired back at Contino, stating, “Women and girls deserve privacy. This isn’t about hate, it’s about basic decency.”
Even some LGBTQ+ advocates have stated that Contino “crossed a line that puts all of us at risk.”
Two petitions on Change.org call for Disney to ban Contino from all its properties, one of which was even created by an LGBTQ person. The two petitions each have over 15,000 signatures. And a third separate petition created by a concerned parent with half a million signatures is calling for TikTok to ban Contino.
According to HypeFresh, some parents are preparing civil lawsuits against Contino for invasion of privacy and emotional distress, especially for one mother whose child appeared in one of the videos.
Contino may whine on TikTok that he can’t continue his disgusting fetish at Disney World. But hey, perhaps he would enjoy rating the prison’s restrooms.
