The president of the National Education Association (NEA) was widely mocked online for her speech on social justice over the weekend, and was even likened to Dwight Shrute from a skit in the American television show, “The Office.”

Between shouting on stage, flailing her hands, and slamming the podium aggressively, it is no wonder that Becky Pringle is reminding people of Dwight Shrute’s Salesman of the Year speech, where he unwittingly quoted the Italian dictator Mussolini - complete with lots of podium pounding. However, Pringle’s content was not as amusing- and, unfortunately, it wasn’t an act.

In her rant, Pringle reaffirmed the NEA’s opposition to school choice before repeatedly screaming at her audience to “win ALL the things.”

They’ve mushroomed into poisonous spores of a stacked Supreme Court — one that continues to render decisions that attack, diminish, and disregard the needs and lived experiences of far too many Americans.”

“Our students are depending on us to win all the things,” Pringle rambled on before screaming, “All the things! All the things! All the things!
