Joe Biden attempted to read a poem on Wednesday - it didn’t go so well.
During a National Medals of Arts and National Humanities Medals ceremony Biden stumbled through a poem that was written by Richard Blanco for former President Barack Obama’s second inauguration.
After butchering the words in his first attempt, he decided to face off against the poetry again.
“Let me start this over again.”

Poetry pummeled him soundly a second time, as he stumbled through the poem again.
Then Biden retreated to his safe space of China, telling yet once again, his story of hanging out with Xi Jinping at the Tibetan Plateau.
