Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Anthony Bass is in his organization's doghouse.
No, he’s not having a horrible season. He’s not in trouble for off-the-field issues either. Bass is in trouble because he doesn't cater to the LGBT agenda.
On Monday, Bass reportedly posted a video on his story in which someone pushed back on Target and Bud Light’s gay pride campaigns.
Within the video (which you can watch here), the man speaking says:
Here’s the reason biblically why I believe Christians have got to be boycotting Target, Bud Light, and any other corporation that’s pushing the things they’re pushing. This is evil, this is demonic, we won’t stand for it, we’re not going to go to the stores anymore and we’re not going to give you our money.

Calling what Bud Light and Target have done “evil” is frankly a gross understatement. It should also come as no surprise that a Christian like Bass would post this video on his page to share his thoughts on the situation. That in essence is what free speech is supposed to be, right?
But because this is a matter concerning the LGBT community, that right to express your thoughts is suspended for those that don’t subscribe to that worldview.
One columnist by the name of Gregor Chisolm also stated that the Blue Jays should cut Bass from the team. Chisolm claims that because he's not as important to the team as slugger Vladimir Guerrero Jr. or Bo Bichette, Toronto should let him walk for daring to share his Christian worldview.
"Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences, especially in the corporate world, and some players are more disposable than others," Chisolm said. "With Pride Month just around the corner, the Jays would be wise to wash their hands of this mess entirely instead of playing the role of enabler."
This is the game that LGBT members and their supporters too often play. They believe it's their right to tell the rest of us what we can and can't believe about their lifestyle. They will love you if you post their content on social media and change your logo to rainbow colors for the month of June, but as soon as you cross their line and disagree with their agenda - or rightfully call it evil - you become their number one target (no pun intended).
Their agenda isn't about love and acceptance, it's about control and punishing you severely for daring to think differently. (Side note: if saying something "hateful" is the only reason to fire someone, then Chisolm should be on his way out the door of the Toronto Star as we speak).
Predictably, Bass was shamed into making an apology for something that he didn’t need to have remorse over. During a media availability session on Tuesday, he offered the following statement, which OutKick correctly called a "hostage style apology:"

Christians and others who don’t support the LGBT agenda don’t need to shrink back or feel bad for rejecting this agenda. If the LGBT crazies come after individuals like Bass, all they need to do is stand their ground and take the heat. That way, the LGBT members get exposed for who they really are - bullies looking for their next victim.
