At this point, former President Joe Biden should probably just throw on his slippers, settle into the recliner with a nice glass on Ensure, flip on old episodes of The Price is Right, and stay there. Because every time he gets off his rocker, so does what's left of his brain.
When asked why he thinks former Vice President Kamala Harris got her political rear end handed to her by Donald Trump in the 2024 election, Biden served up the stale leftovers of the Democrat Party's favorite boogeymen - Republicans are just racists sexists, of course!
"Why do you think the Vice President lost, and were you surprised?" one of The View hosts asked Biden Thursday during one of the former president's first stints out in public since being booted from office.
"I wasn’t surprised- not because I didn’t think the vice president was the most qualified person to be president. She is. She is qualified to be President of the United States of America," Biden answered.
But I wasn’t surprised because they went the route of…uh, the sexist route. The whole route. You know, this is a woman, and she’s this and that…I’ve never seen quite as successful and consistent campaign undercutting the notion that a woman couldn’t lead the country - and one of mixed race. And they played that to [incoherent]” he rambled, as The View bobbleheads nodded along in agreement.

Because it couldn’t have possibly been because of Bidenflation, the sky-high cost of groceries and gas, the border crisis, multiple foreign wars, an all-out assault on American energy independence, rampant crime, or because Harris served up endless platters of word salad and promises of free stuff every time she was asked how she’d fix the myriad problems her own administration had created.
No, it was definitely because she was a half-black woman.

Then again, we’re probably just lucky Biden was able to sit up straight in his chair without keeling over. Asking him to come up with an original thought is probably asking far too much.
