A boy masquerading as a girl won the pole vault event in the Maine State Class B Championship this week, dominating the actual girls in the competition and helping secure his high school’s overall state championship title.

Katie Spencer,a biological boy born “John,” placed first in the pole vault event, after which he posted for a photo towering over his female competitors, Kessa Benner and Briella Boudreau, who tied for second. Spencer sailed over the pole at a height of 10’6”, compared to Banner and Boudreaux’s 10-foot clearance.

Just two years ago, while competing on the boys’ team, John had tied for fifth-place in the same event, according to a sde-by-side screenshot posted by Maine Republican state Rep. Laurel Libby.

Thanks in part to Spencer’s win, Greely High School beat out Western Maine Conference rival Freeport for the overall championship title by just one point (72 to 71), a win that would have been reversed had Benner and Boudreau - both representing the Freeport team - been awarded their rightful win in the pole vault.

Instead, the girls’ trophy went to a boy, and the championship went to a school bolstered by testosterone and left-wing idiocy.
