Socialist Democrat Bernie Sanders took time out of his busy, tax-guzzling schedule of running around the country with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to make a stop at the Coachella music festival (which profits abut $100 million a year from headlining multiple multi-millionaire music artists), where he decried the evils of capitalism and blasted Donald Trump to a crowd of people who paid between $700 and $1,500 per ticket to get into the concert.
And that’s before taxes and fees.
“We need you to stand up to fight for justice, to fight for economic justice, social justice, and racial justice,” the 83-year-old millionaire politician who owns three houses told the crowd at the festival, where one guy said he paid $102 for a few tacos and a plate of cold nachos and was still left hungry.

The Democrat 2028 playbook is to get the drugged-out 20-year-olds to the polls.

Sanders, who regularly charters private jets, then accused President Donald Trump of believing that “climate change is a hoax,” demanding attendees “stand up to the fossil fuel industry and tell them to stop destroying this planet,” all to the praise of the crowd at a multi-week desert concert known for producing more than 662 metric tons of CO2 - including nearly 1.2 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles alone - every year.

He then encouraged the audience - many of whom bought their tickets on payment plans because they don't actually have the cash, but want to spend it anyway - to fight for “an economy that works well for everybody.” Not including, I assume, those who can’t afford to shell out $1,000 apiece to pound $20 vodka red bulls and $30 chicken sliders at a concert because they’re too busy working their tails off to pay taxes to “forgive” all these idiots’ student loans while said idiots party in the desert.
I imagine the only thing thicker than the irony here is the amount of body odor and weed stank in that hellhole.
