A recording of a police call out of Ohio seems to confirm residents’ claims that Haitian migrants are indeed killing - and presumably eating - wild geese from local ponds, contrary to claims of “fake news” by national leftist news outlets and so-called “fact-checkers.”
The Federalist reports they’ve obtained a recording of a call made by a concerned local resident to the cops in Springfield, Ohio - the same town where another resident recently told town officials that Haitian migrants were killing water fowl in local ponds.
“I’m sitting here, I’m riding on the trail, I’m going to my orientation for my job today, and I see a group of Haitian people, there was about four of them, they all had geese in their hand,” the caller can be heard telling the dispatcher in the audio recording of the call, according to the Federalist.
And the outlet did their homework. The Federalist also reports that not only did they verify the location the caller said he was at when he saw the people carrying the geese, but that they also obtained police records that show the call was placed on August 26, well before the video of the man speaking to town officials went viral. The caller was even able to describe the vehicle he says the people used to carry off the geese, as well as part of the license plate numbers.
The man on the call told the police that each of the alleged Haitian migrants had a goose in their hand.
The town of Springfield, which boasted just shy of 60,000 people in 2022, has had roughly 20,000 illegal aliens from Haiti dumped in their town in the past two years, straining local resources and even forcing some residents to flee their homes over what they complain is rampant homelessness, crime, and vagrancy.

“These Haitians are running into trash cans. They’re running into buildings. They’re flipping cars in the middle of the street, and I don’t know how like, y’all can be comfortable with this. They’re in the park, grabbing up ducks by the neck and cutting their heads off and eating them,” a 28-year-old resident named Anthony Harris complained to city officials last month, in a video that quickly spread like wildfire across social media.
Another resident said during the meeting, “I have men that cannot speak English in my front yard screaming at me, throwing mattresses in my front yard, throwing trash in my front yard,” she said. “Look at me, I weigh 95 pounds. I couldn’t defend myself if I had to…I don’t understand what you expect of us as citizens. Who’s protecting us if we’re protecting them? Who’s protecting me?”
No one, lady.
