I'll be honest with you - I never thought I'd have to write the words "Rosie O'Donnell" and "herpes" in the same sentence. And on a Monday, no less. But here we are. And since my eyes and ears had to suffer, I'm roping you all in, too.
O'Donnell inexplicably took to social media to publicly complain about her multiple cold sores - blisters around the mouth that are caused by a strain of the herpes virus - and to blame "MAGA" for her new, highly contagious affliction.
"It's Friday ... and look what I have on my lip," O'Donnell started off, in a particularly unattractive clip of her makeup-less self with an angry red boil on her face.

"Everyone keeps saying,'You have herpes, you have herpes' all this time, and I never have had a cold sore in my life, and now I have a cold sore," she rambled on, adding that her doctor told her it could just be a "reaction to the sun" and ordered testing.
(Side note: how self-involved and attention-starved do you have to be to openly advertise having a cold sore?)
O'Donnell didn't stop here. As if knowing she's got a lip boil wasn't bad enough, she plans to update everyone when she gets the confirmation, saying she "will let you know tomorrow if I do in fact have herpes, as some of the taunting from the MAGA people in the last couple of weeks. Hasn't it been fun ladies and gentlemen?"
Not even a tiny little bit, Rosie. I sincerely cannot tell you how much I didn't want to know about your face herpes, nor am I looking for a diagnostic update or a detailed treatment plan. As a matter of fact, if I could scrub the memory of this video from my brain space, I most certainly would.
I am, however, concerned about the rampant, narcissistic need for leftist celebrities to get attention, even if it means posting graphic descriptions of their oozing mouth blisters as some kind of political statement, and the effect such insanity has on greater society.
Now if you'll excuse, me, I'm going to go dry heave into the closest toilet.
