Following a highly publicized prisoner exchange with Russia Thursday, Kamala Harris spoke to cameras without a teleprompter for the first time since declaring her intentions for the Democrat presidential nominee, prompting questions as to whether the current VP can actually speak intelligibly without reading from a script.

“This is just an extraordinary testament to the importance of having a president who understands the power of diplomacy and understands the strength that rests in understanding the significance of diplomacy and strengthening alliances. This is an incredible day,” Harris rambled as a very lost Biden stared into the distance with a perfectly vacant expression.
