He sniffs women. He kisses little girls. And now, apparently, he bites babies.
Video is making the rounds on social media from the White House Halloween shindig Wednesday night, where Joe Biden could be seen nibbling on the legs and feet of at least two costumed infants who’d been brought to the event.
In one clip, Biden, who’d just walked out of the White House with his wife dressed up as a…panda?…appeared to nom on the thigh of a baby dressed as a chicken before getting right in the child’s face.

One photographer caught the moment in stunning clarity:

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON ANYMORE. pic.twitter.com/5CXrYRTnxO
In another, perhaps even weirder encounter, the president can be seen sticking a baby’s bare foot in his mouth.

JOE BIDEN JUST BIT A SECOND BABY AT THE WHITE HOUSE
This is NOT a joke. He stuck this second child’s foot in his mouth three times! https://t.co/qeF606lGyG pic.twitter.com/FWFbFwM249
Now, while it might be cute for a parent or grandparent to pretend to nibble on a baby as a gesture of affection, it’s worth pointing out that Biden doesn’t actually know any of these children. He’s not related to them. He’s not their grandpa. He’s not even the adorable but kinda quirky elderly neighbor next door - which, frankly, would still be a little weird, but hey. At least you know it’s just old Mr. Stanley or whatever.

But Biden is the President of the United States, and he can’t seem to remember…well, much of anything, to be honest, but especially not to sniff, kiss, pet, or bite children with whom he’s not even casually acquainted.
