Sharp-eyed observers years ago recognized how perfectly the ballyhooed “Hockey Stick” graph used by many Climate Cultists (including Al Gore, in his fearmongering screech-fest “An Inconvenient Truth” and by its originator, disgraced professor Michael Mann) epitomized the slick, propagandistic spin of the vast bulk of said cultists.

Not only does the graph visually mislead viewers by starting after the Medieval Warm Period, thus making it look like the planet was always cool until that evil internal combustion engine arose to kill us all, but a close examination of the graph shows the opposite of cultist claims that increased atmospheric CO2 leads to catastrophic increases in temps. In fact, when one zooms-in on the graph, one sees temperature increases preceding CO2 increases by 600-800 years.

Gore comes and goes on the Climate Cult dais. And, right now, if one wants perhaps the highest profile embodiment of that kind of fraudulent spin, he can see it in the haughty, constantly parsing, “do as I say, not as I do” stuffed-shirt of so-called “Climate Czar” John F. Kerry.

Having already been caught pushing odd stories of having thrown his Vietnam-era military medals away, yet, decades later, still having said metals, then claiming he made a distinction between the actual medals and the RIBBONS (oh, man), having been caught flouting his boss, Biden’s, vaunted, unconstitutional governmental “masking” rules while on a plane (John Kerry rarely, if ever, has flown coach with the Hoi Polloi in the past forty years, but someone did catch a shot of him in the “elite” seating, mask down) and then claiming it was “momentary” and ignorantly parroting the gub-ment line that he “follows the science,” having been shown to own multiple energy-consuming homes, and, at various times, owning yachts, and having flown to Climate Cultist soiree “COP 26” in Scotland where many, if not most, of the political attendees arrived in private jets and were shown to have been chauffeured around in “electric” cars that actually got recharged thanks to Diesel generators at their hotels, Mr. Kerry still seems to have absolutely not a scintilla of shame and appears quite ready to parse and deny-non-deny when observant folks point out that he and his family mostly partake in private flying done on planes connected to him and his family.

Thomas Catenacci writes for Fox News that, when confronted with the towering hypocrisy of his claimed fear of the mythological Carbon Armageddon placed in juxtaposition with his seemingly ceaseless globe-trotting and use of private jets, Kerry adopted an insolent tone, insinuating he’d been wronged, affronted, slighted.

Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry was heavily criticized after he testified during a congressional hearing that he has never owned a private jet.

During the hearing – hosted Thursday by the House Foreign Affairs Committee – Rep. Cory Mills, R-Fla., confronted Kerry about his past private jet use in light of the top administration official's efforts to fight climate change. Kerry said his purported use of a private jet is ‘one of the most outrageously persistent lies that I hear,’ adding that he doesn't own a jet and has never ‘personally’ owned a jet.”

Mr. Kerry’s intense sensitivity inspires one to think of the Shakespeare observation that the guilty Lady Gertrude “doth protest too much.”

Folks familiar with Kerry’s sketchy background and propensity to pretention – indeed, regular listeners to or readers of New England radio host and author Howie Carr – have known for years that Kerry’s family established a private corporation that owns a Gulfstream jet. It’s an easy thing to remember, because its name is a reference to the cartoon character, Rocky, in the “Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle” cartoon.

Writes Catenacci:

“According to flight tracking data obtained by Fox News Digital in July 2022, a Gulfstream GIV-SP jet owned by Kerry's family made a total of 48 trips that lasted more than 60 hours and emitted an estimated 715,886 pounds, or 325 metric tons, of carbon over the course of the Biden administration's first 18 months.

The plane was registered to Flying Squirrel LLC, a charter company owned by Kerry's wife, Teresa Heinz-Kerry.”

Or, as Mr. Carr puts it:

“And what about the private jets? That’s what those bourgeois Republican parvenus wanted to ask him about.

‘We don’t own a private jet. I don’t own a private jet. I’ve never personally owned a private jet,’ he said.

‘My family owned a plane,’ he corrected, as he so often has. Pressed on the question, Kerry elaborated.

‘My wife owned a plane.’

As the GOP congressmen kept reminding Kerry, he was under oath. I think they got the blue-blooded Brahmin on two counts of perjury right there, just about the Flying Squirrel.

Is it not true, Mr. Kerry, that the Gulfstream GIV-SP in question was in fact owned by your second wife’s first husband’s trust fund?

Then somebody asked him how many times he’s flown on a private jet since he got this latest phony-baloney job.

‘Possibly, once.’

Again, Mr. Secretary, I must remind you that you are under oath.”

If you detect Carr’s inimitable ability to laugh in the faces of absurd, stuffy, brahman elitists like Kerry, you’re not alone.

But if you also feel a sense of outrage that this life-long political authoritarian hypocrite STILL tries to parse and deflect AND look high-and-mighty while clearly deceiving people?

You’re also, not alone.

And neither is Kerry. From his own obviousness, to the claustrophobia-inspiring government-hugs of most politicians, we know they take oaths to their vaunted Constitution, then utterly disregard and break their promises. Their situational ethics are insufferable and damaging, immoral and enraging, and John Kerry is merely one of many.

He may never learn. But we learn, and we can pass on the information, even as Kerry hops on another jet to promote the fraudulent Climate canard.
