Democrats Have Trump Right Where They Want Him, Trump Attorney Says

Democrats have Donald Trump right where they want him, an attorney for the presumptive Republican nominee said Monday, explaining how the Donkey Party’s plan to steal the 2024 election is working.

“The Democrats have Pres. Trump where they want him: Trump on trial, Pres. Biden on the campaign trail. That’s what they are looking to do,” Attorney Chris Kise said during an appearance on “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

Since they know that Pres. Joe Biden can’t inspire voters, Democrats have resorted to manipulating the election by prosecuting Trump, Kise said:

“They’ve realized that there’s two ways, really, to influence human behavior: you can inspire it or you can manipulate it.

“Pres. Trump inspires people, but Pres. Biden isn’t going to inspire anyone. So, now, they have to manipulate the outcome. And, that’s exactly what they’re doing.

“They’re using the weapons that they have, the power of these court cases.”

All of the criminal and civil cases against Trump were “made up specifically for the purpose of influencing the outcome of an election,” Kise said, noting the flimsy premise of an effort to revoke Trump’s bail:

“We went downtown and had a hearing to determine that $175 million of Pres. Trump’s cash, that he posted, is actually worth $175 million. And, a bond form that has been in use for a hundred years in the State of New York is actually valid.”

“I’m not even sure that they really care about what the outcome was,” since Democrats’ true motive was not to win, but to hurt Trump – and they succeeded – Kise explained:

“We wasted time, money and resources – and I think that’s the goal: ‘Let’s drain the president’s time, let’s drain his focus, let’s drain his resources.’

“All while, now, Pres. Biden is, somehow, magically out of the basement campaigning.”

This weaponization of the justice system to interfere in an election, not Donald Trump, is what should worry Americans, Kise said, noting the hypocrisy of Democrat fearmongering:

"The Democrats claim that Trump is a threat to democracy. The real threat to democracy is the willingness to abuse the power of your office, to influence what should otherwise be a free and fair election.”

“And, that is exactly what is going on downtown in the courtroom,” Kise concluded.
