“NBC’s audience deserved to hear Ronna McDaniel’s point of view,” liberal commentator and iconic Journalist Geraldo Rivera said Tuesday, reacting to reports that NBC News will remove former RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel after just two days, in order to appease intolerant MSNBC hosts.

For the past two days, on-air tantrums by MSNBC hosts, such as MSNBC Rachael Maddow, Joy Reid, Mika Brzezinski, and Nicolle Wallace have demanded McDaniel be purged - prompting Rivera’s condemnation on social media.

“At NBC, Ronna McDaniel is getting washed away by a tsunami of pretentious bull s..t,” Rivera wrote Monday, defending McDaniel’s journalistic value:

“The former RNC Chair was hired for her background as the ultimate GOP insider. To say now that she’s inappropriate is bogus. It’s because they hate Trump.”

“What many progressives like Maddow apparently do not understand is that God did not anoint them arbiters of right or wrong,” Rivera wrote Tuesday, following the news of NBC’s capitulation to the demands of MSNBC’s rabid, intolerant hosts:

“What many progressives like Maddow apparently do not understand is that God did not anoint them arbiters of right or wrong. Millions of Americans don’t see the world the way either Maddow or Ronna McDaniel see it. 75 Million Americans voted for Trump. Half of them still believe he got robbed.

“I reject the notion of election denial. It is patently false. I refuse to support Trump because of that reckless, bellicose falsehood. That’s my point of view, and I don’t hesitate to share it.

“NBC’s audience deserved to hear Ronna McDaniel’s point of view. She is the closest Trump insider ever to go public. Maddow and her snobby, self-righteous crowd made sure Ronna would not be heard, at least not on NBC. That’s not only inexplicable, it is indefensible.”
