Audio clips of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito dissecting and disproving arguments against a Tennessee law banning transgender medical treatments on minors went viral after the Supreme Court justices heard oral arguments in United States v. Skrmetti (SB1).
At Wednesday’s hearing, Biden Administration Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar and ACLU lawyer Chase Strangio presented arguments on behalf of the plaintiffs. Their lawsuit asks the Supreme Court to either strike down Tennessee’s law banning transgender medical procedures, such as hormones and puberty blockers, on minors or at least send it back down to a lower court for further scrutiny.
The transgender ideologues contended that SB1 is sexual discrimination based on immutable sexual characteristics and that “overwhelming evidence” establishes that transgender treatment with puberty blockers and hormones substantially improves the physical/psychological well-being of transgender adolescents and reduces their risk of suicide.
However, audio clips of Justice Alito posted on social media prove just the opposite.
“Huge moment at SCOTUS. Alito pulled up Page 195 of the Cass report, showing that child sex-changes don't actually prevent suicide,” commentator and author Matt Walsh wrote in his post:
“ACLU attorney Chase Strangio admits in response that there's ‘no evidence’ that these procedures actually reduce suicides.”

“Watch Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito destroy the evil practice of so-called ‘gender-affirming care’ that the Biden-Harris Administration is defending,” Fox News contributor and Hispanic 101 Spokesman Steve Cortez wrote, reposting the clip.
“This is child mutilation and it needs to be banned everywhere,” Cortez added.
Likewise, Audio clips of Justice Alito debunking claims by the Biden Administration and ACLU lawyers that transgenderism is an “immutable” characteristic making the Tennessee law sexual discrimination also went viral on social media.
As anti-woke activist and Filmmaker Robby Starbuck explains in his post:
“Justice Alito just dismantled the government’s argument that Tennessee’s ban on trans drugs and procedures for kids is sex based discrimination via immutable characteristics.
“He got their lawyer to admit that some natural born women who later say they’re men return later to admitting they’re women. This is not an immutable characteristic by definition. Annihilation of their entire legal premise.”
