President Donald says he’s surprised that it seems easier to deal with Russia than Ukraine as he works to negotiate a peace deal between the two countries.
"I'm finding it more difficult, frankly, to deal with Ukraine — and they don't have the cards; they don’t have the cards,” Trump said at a press event Friday.
“It may be easier dealing with Russia – which is surprising because they have all the cards. And they’re bombing the hell out of them right now,” Trump added.

In a recent televised exchange with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Trump warned the Ukrainian president that he didn’t “have the cards”:
"You don't have the cards right now. With us, you start having cards ... You're gambling with the lives of millions of people! You're gambling with World War III!"
