There were a combined billion views of, and interactions regarding, Elon Musk’s “conversation” with Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump on Musk’s social media platform during three hours including and following the Tuesday night event, X.com reported Wednesday.

Users of Musk’s X.com platform were able to watch the two-hour conversation between Trump and Musk, which began at about a quarter to eight Tuesday evening, via the platform’s Spaces feature.

At 2:35 a.m. on Wednesday, the platform’s @X account posted an audience/interaction estimate for a three-hour period:

“Between 7:47 PM and 10:47 PM ET, President Donald Trump's Space post received 73 million views. During the same period, there were 4 million posts about Elon Musk and President Trump's conversation on 𝕏, generating a total of 998 million views.”

Later that day, a post by @XData posted “insights from last night’s @XSpaces” providing audience demographics for the event revealing that more than two-thirds (70%) of the users on the Spaces of Trump and Musk during the three hours were between 25-34 years old.

The results are significant to November's presidential election, given that voters under 40 lean Democrat by a wide margin. The disparity is especially pronounced among voters in the 18-29 category, where about two-thirds are Democrats.
