In a recent one-on-one interview with MRCTV, the Heritage Foundation’s Stephen Moore warned that any bipartisan cooperation between the GOP and congressional Democrats on a health coverage bill could land us with a law that's "worse than anything we would have gotten with Hillary Clinton."

"My biggest concern right now is you have so many Republicans right now that are working behind the scenes with Democrats," he said.

But with liberals doing everything they can to preserve Obamacare, and with the GOP's constantly dropping the ball on repealing it, that isn't exactly a made-in-heaven partnership that will lead to a good bill that solves the problems created by Obamacare.

Here’s an excerpt from MRCTV’s interview with Moore:

The big worry is that what [Sen.] Lamar [Alexander] (R-Tenn.) is going to come up with is a quote ‘bi-partisan solution,’ which is not bi-partisan at all. But it essentially bails out the insurance companies by having the federal government write them a big check, because Obamacare is failing. It’s crumbling financially. If that happens, it will enshrine Obamacare under the budget forever.

"This is a complete surrender. In fact, I would make the argument that what Republican moderates are negotiating right now with the Democrats is worse than anything we would have gotten with Hillary Clinton," he said.

"Republicans would be betraying conservatives if they went along with this supposed bi-partisan bailout of insurance companies," Moore added.
