When would-be robbers get what they deserve, it’s definitely a good day in my book.

Last week, the manager of First Stop Liquor Store in Cullen, La., was held at gun point by two masked men seeking to rob the family owned liquor-store.

Video footage shows Sahim Hassam calmly faced the two criminals as they “stealthily” made their way into her store, even when one of them pointed a gun at her. Hassam nonetheless walked toward the suspect with her hands on her hips in a rather unperturbed way.

“If you’re gonna kill me, I want to see your face,” she told the suspect, according to Blue Lives Matter. She then grabbed the mask of the gunman, appearing not to care that he was pointing the gun at her.

According to KTBS, the gunman told his partner in crime to grab the money from behind the cash register. That’s when Hassam grabbed the accomplice and pushed him to the side so she could reach for her handgun.

But before she could grab her .45-caliber pistol, surveillance video shows Hassam being shot in the leg by the cowardly gunman as both men headed out of the door.

Seemingly un-phased by the gunshot, Hassam grabbed her gun and returned fire. She reportedly shot one of the suspects in the shoulder.

In the video, you can see Hassan limping toward the door seeking to find the two suspects.

Cullen Police Chief Rosette Harris stated that Hassam fired at least three more rounds from the store’s doorway as the suspects fled across the street, KTBS reported. Police told Blue Lives Matter that the incident is still under investigation.

Hassam has reportedly been treated at a Louisiana hospital and is “now back home and doing well.”

It definitely took a lot of courage for this woman to stand up to these two alleged criminals. Glad to see she’ll be doing alright.
