If you’re a whiskey drinker, J&B Blended Scotch Whiskey has a Christmas ad that will get you in the holiday mood…

Actually, the ad has very little to do with either Christmas or Whiskey. What it does have a ton to do with is making trans people feel comfortable around their families during the holidays.

J&B’s holiday ad, which came out within the last month but is getting increased attention in the last few days, shows two minutes of a grandpa learning how to put makeup on so he could teach his very clearly confused 26-year-old grandson how to be a painted lady, literally.

Here’s the ad:

Yeah, I need a few fingers of whiskey after watching that, and I don’t even drink.

What’s even more hilarious is the commercial’s soundtrack featured the song “She” by Elvis Costello. They couldn’t have made the ad more on the nose even if they used the makeup to paint a bullseye on the guy’s trans-son’s — or I guess trans daughter’s face.

It wouldn’t be a Christmas ad if the trans mafia didn’t hijack for their purposes. Way to be “inclusive,” J&B!
