Nine men were caught on camera making off with God only knows how much worth of merchandise from a high-end Gucci store located in the Bloomingdale's in the Westfield Century City mall in Los Angeles this week, the latest in what’s become a shockingly common scene in cities across California.
Cell phone footage shows the large group of masked thieves sprinting out of the store with armfuls of handbags, clothing, and other merchandise in broad daylight, tearing through the mall before loading into a white SUV and a red Kia and speeding off.

According to the Los Angeles times, the police couldn’t – or wouldn’t – say how much loot was stolen, and so far no arrests have been publicly announced.

While it appears from the video that the Gucci store is the shop that was targeted, police did not confirm what store in the mall was robbed, and Gucci declined to comment. However, another Gucci location in San Francisco was Rob just last week, with thieves, making off with nearly $50,000 worth of stuff.
