Since President Donald Trump’s return to the White House, Commiefornia’s Comrade-in-Chief Gavin Newsom has been trying to rebrand himself as if he was some reasonable centrist all along. He’s even invited Former Trump official Steve Bannon and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk on his new podcast, dismissing the same woke causes he’s advocated for - and even implemented as public policy - for years.
“Not one person ever in my office has ever used Latinx,” insisted Newsom during his recent interview with Kirk, stating he “didn’t even know where it came from.”
Leave it to CNN to call him out for being a liar and a fickle tool.

“But there was a person who used ‘Latinx,’ retorted anchor Erin Burnett during her show on Thursday. “It was him.”

The camera panned to her colleague, Andrew Kaczynski who then played a video compilation, showing Newsom using the genderless, made-up word numerous times.
“That is a lot of use of ‘Latinx’ by him for somebody who said that nobody in his office has ever used that phrase,” concluded Kaczynski.
I’m all for reaching out to the other side, but not if you’re going to pretend you’re moderate just because you think it will win you votes in a future presidential bid. It only confirms Newsom's critics’ speculations that he’s nothing more than the stereotype of a crooked politician who holds an uncanny resemblance to a used car salesman.
