For the umpteenth time, another women’s athletic coach has been sacked for speaking out against the invasion of biological males.

As of Saturday, Melissa Batie-Smoose has been suspended from her position as associate head coach for the San Jose State University women’s volleyball team.

The seemingly retaliatory move came after Batie-Smoose filed a Title IX complaint last week, charging the school with creating a “toxic” environment for female athletes by forcing a gender-deluded man to be included on the team. She broke her silence on the schools unfair treatment toward biologically female players in an interview with Quillette, which seemed to trigger her abrupt dismissal.

Batie-Smoose’s lawsuit alleges SJSU has shown favoritism toward one “transender” athlete, Blaire Flemming, “at the expense” of his 18 female teammates. It claims the university has taken “unsettling measures” to “suppress expressions of concern from these affected women.”

When she was hired, the coach didn’t even know a man was on her roster. Neither did her nine new team members, until they started noticing Fleming was abnormally physically capable for a “woman.” It turns out SJSU has a policy to keep their coaches in the dark about the real gender of players.

Fleming unsurprisingly ranks near the top of SJSU’s “Spartan” leader board for matches played. His inclusion on the team has prompted female players from other schools to boycott their competitions with SJSU on five occasions.

The fact that the university’s coach is forfeiting her own team’s advantage to prioritize her moral conscience is laudable enough, but she’s also looking out for the safety of her own girls.

In the lawsuit, Batie-Smoose charges Fleming with “conspiring with an opponent” to help SJSU lose a match and intentionally “injure teammate Brooke Slusser,” who has also spoken out against his inclusion on the team.

One video reveals just how aggressive Fleming is. During a match with the University of New Mexico, he’s seen violently knocking an opponent to the ground with the volleyball.

"San José State takes all reports and complaints seriously and is reviewing them,” the university initially responded to the lawsuit in a statement to OutKick.

‘Due to federal and state privacy laws” it told the outlet they cannot address the “active reports or complaints.”

Instead, the university charged OutKick with peddling “inaccuracies,” but refused to “comment further on those in light of those privacy laws.” In other words, it claims the allegations against them are wrong, but can’t back themselves up.

“In addition, the University has significant concerns about apparent breaches of student and employee privacy and will be addressing those, as appropriate,” it continued.

After simmering for a few days, they announced to OutKickthat Batie-Smoose “is not with the team at this time, and we will not provide further information on this matter.”
