“Mostly peaceful” Portland, Oregon will finally have to answer to the federal government for allowing biological men to invade both women’s sports and their private spaces.
On Tuesday, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) notified Portland Public Schools they are being investigated for "allowing a male track student athlete" to compete in a March 19 competition and "to use the girls’ locker room while female athletes were changing,” reports KGW8.
OCR is also investigating the Oregon School Activities Association for running a “gender identity participation” policy that lets male athletes compete against women simply by pretending to be one.
According to a complaint filed with OCR, both the school district and OSSA let the gender-deluded athlete in question race against high school girls over the last two seasons. He swept multiple awards in 2024 and took the first-place trophy from his female track competitors at a recent meet.

Now that ousted President Joe Biden is no longer in office to re-write Title IX, sex-based discrimination is once again prohibited in our nation’s education system. President Donald Trump's recent executive order, titled "Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports," deems it a violation to force women to compete with an unfair disadvantage against men.
“We will not allow the Portland Public Schools District or any other educational entity that receives federal funds to trample on the antidiscrimination protections that women and girls are guaranteed under law,” ensured Craig Trainor, Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights in OCR's press release.
This means Portland may soon have to kiss their federal funding goodbye.
