In the name of equality, President Joe Biden tried to flip Title IX, a law that guarantees Women’s equality on its head.

But he failed.

A federal district court in Kentucky issued a decision Thursday, blocking the Biden administration’s rewrite of the civil rights law, which was originally established to protect women from sex-based discrimination, harassment and violence in education.

The rewrite changed the meaning of “sex” to include "gender identity" as a federally-protected characteristic, meaning anyone can automatically be a woman simply for saying so.

Women were therefore required to allow men into their bathrooms and locker rooms as female athletes were forced to forfeit their rewards to male competitors. The change negated the very reason Title IX was implemented in the first place, criminalizing women for speaking up while treating their male predators as victims.

That is why the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia all filed a lawsuit to reject what TN Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti had called a “relentless push to impose a radical gender ideology.”

The judge ruled the rewrite “unconstitutional,” because it would “chill speech or compel affirmance of a belief” by forcing teachers and students to refer to their peers with whatever pronouns they choose.

Female sports advocate Riley Gaines celebrates his decision “in favor of reality” as a “huge win for girls and women everywhere!!!”

It’s a victory that applies nationwide.
