As the rest of Hollywood and Diddy types continue to announce they’re leaving America over the re-election of President Donald Trump, one actress is taking it as an opportunity to decompress “from walking on eggshells over the past four years.”
“What I’m really excited about is that the political correctness, the sort of woke era, is over,”
“Family Ties” star, Justine Bateman celebrated in an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters Thursday night after recently coming out as a Trump supporter.

“Because,” she explains, “you need mob mentality momentum in order to keep that going, in order to threaten people if they’re not thinking and talking the way you do, to threaten their lives, threaten their careers, threaten their place in society.”
Bateman is also celebrating what she believes marks the end of “cancel culture,” particularly in her industry, which she compared to the Salem Witch Trials of the late 1600’s. She credits both Elon Musk’s Twitter Takeover and Trump’s re-election for leading the “spiritual shift” freeing the nation from woke tyranny.
“For the last four years,” she told Watters, “there’s been kind of a pressing down” and "limiting what people can say.”
“What happens too - is you limit what can even occur in society,” she continued, calling it a “stagnation” of innovation and culture.

“And now that’s changed,” Bateman told Watters.
“I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time,” she expressed in a sigh of relief.
At least one other Justine shares her sentiment! (wink, wink.)
