During the red carpet festivities ahead of the 2022 Academy Awards on Sunday evening, 'Encanto' actress Jessica Darrow pushed back against the establishment-named "Don't Say Gay" bill, telling Deadline that the Alphabet Mafia - otherwise known as the LGBTQ community - is "the face of Disney at the end of the day."

Darrow went on to say a lot without saying very much at all.

"It’s obviously not right what’s going on, as we continue to uplift our voices and make our cases known, and continue to put out the positive, loving authentic energy that consumes all of us; we are the authentic part of all of this," Darrow said.

Highly doubtful she even knows what's in Florida's "Parental Rights in Education" bill - the actual name of the "Don't Say Gay" bill.

The 27-year-old actress began her virtue signaling by proclaiming how "queer" she is and that it's great to represent "fellow gorgeous queer people that consume Disney."
