After missing out on last year’s playoffs for just the fourth time in his career, Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James vowed it would not happen again.

But after a horrid 14-20 start that has the Lakers currently sitting in 13th place in the Western Conference - out of 15 teams - James isn’t that confident he can prevent him or his teammates from watching playoff games from home come springtime.

As such, he deleted a Tweet from this past April that originally showed his outward confidence that the Lakers would be a playoff team.

To be fair to King LeFlop, he has done everything he can individually to spark the Lakers. He has averaged 27.8 points, 8.1 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game so far, and for a brief moment in the early going LA seemed to be showing signs of promise.

But thanks to forward Anthony Davis suffering yet another injury, the Lakers look destined to endure yet another disappointing season.
