A manhunt is underway in North Carolina for a black male who allegedly shot a 6-year-old girl, her parents, and a neighbor after the child’s basketball rolled into his front yard.

Police are looking for 24-year-old Robert Louis Singletary after he reportedly opened fire on a group of kids and adults playing basketball in the street after their ball accidentally rolled into his yard. One bullet grazed 6-year-old Kinsley White, leaving her with stitches in one cheek. Her father and another adult male were reportedly hit and seriously injured, while White’s mother, Ashley Hilderbrand, was also grazed.

According to Hilderbrand, Singletary told her husband, “I’m going to kill you” before emptying the entire magazine on his front lawn. White was reportedly trying to draw the gunman's fire away from his family when he was shot in the back.

A warrant has since been issued for Singletary’s arrest, and police have charged him with four counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. This isn’t his first violent crime, as he was also charged last December with assaulting his girlfriend with a sledgehammer, then holding her hostage and forcing her to clean up the bloody mess.

The news comes just days after an 84-year-old white man shot a black teen who accidentally knocked on the door of the wrong house in Kansas City, a story that instantly garnered national coverage and even landed Ralph Yarl, the teenage victim, an invite to the White House. That incident has been blamed on racial bias, with leftist social justice warriors claiming Andrew Lester profiled and shot Yarl because he was black.

In an interview following the shooting in North Carolina, a sobbing 6-year-old Kinsley White, a row of dark stitches marring her face, can be heard asking, “Why did you shoot my daddy and me? Why did you shoot a kid’s dad?”

A good question, and one on which the race hustlers have been conspicuously silent.
