Intelligence, thy name is not Maxine.
A case could be made for comedian, though - however unintentional.
California Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters sparked more than a few laughs Tuesday after announcing that her Twitter account had been hacked and “erased” – in a post she published on Twitter.
On the account that she’d just claimed had been erased.
In a bizarre tweet that seemed to make no sense, and yet had remained up for nearly three hours after being posted at 11:55 a.m., the California Democrat wrote: "I have been hacked and my Twitter account has been erased. I know who has done this. I will take care of this. M Waters."
I have been hacked and my Twitter account has been erased. I know who has done this. I will take care of this. M Waters.

There’s just one problem: Waters posted the claim and her promise of retribution...on Twitter.
A further search shows that not only was Waters’ official congressional account still up and live at the time of her post, her personal Twitter account also remained active. She congresswoman has yet to clarify exactly what she meant.
Meanwhile, the mockery ran wild.

"...my Twitter account has been erased..." and yet you're tweeting from it with all your past tweets in tow
