In an interview with Fox News’ Greta van Susteren, Melania Trump discussed life on the campaign trail.

The former model and wife of GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump said that everything from rallies to primaries have been “very exciting.”

“It’s [been] very exciting, yes,” said Melania. “And it’s very different. The life kind of changed a little bit.”

“I like to keep it as normal as possible,” she went on. “He’s on the road a lot. We don’t see him as much, and I travel with him when I can.”

When asked whether she gives her husband any advice on how to conduct himself or run his campaign, she said, “Yes, of course.”

“I always tell him what I think – what is good, what is not good,” said Melania. “I’m not a yes person. I’m yes or no… If I don’t agree with something, I will tell him.”

She added that she has “a thick skin” for when the other candidates criticize Mr. Trump.

“I have a thick skin,” she said. “I know it’ll be part of the campaign.”
