The community in Minneapolis that’s spent the past three months screaming to defund and abolish the police are now complaining about a rise in crime, saying police aren’t doing enough to keep their neighborhood safe.
No, seriously.
In June, the city council unanimously voted for the full dismantling of their police department. Since then, the Minneapolis Freedom Fund has been releasing criminals left and right. Now the community is blaming the defunded police department on the rise in crime.
Do they not see just how absolutely ridiculous that is?
