MSNBC's Stephanie Ruhle: 'Should [Biden] Be Creating His Own Shadow Government?'

Just when you think you might be losing it having to stay at home for this extended period of time, all you have to do is check out some of the things the hosts in left-wing media are saying to put yourself at ease that you haven't lost your mind just yet.

I'll put it this way - who cares about elections when you can just form your own "shadow government?"

That's not my idea. MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle actually posited a question of whether 2020 Democratic front-runner Joe Biden should form his own "shadow government" in light of "the president's daily clown show," as guest and former Obama Deputy White House Chief of Staff Jim Messina referred to President Donald Trump's press conferences.

Ruhle and Messina were talking about former Democratic presidential candidate from Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren's endorsement of Biden, saying that with her and former President Barack Obama's endorsements presents a "contrast" in leadership between Biden and Trump.

That's when Ruhle put her tinfoil hat on, and asked Messina about Biden forming a "shadow government."

"What did you just call it? The president's daily clown show? That's his press briefing?" Ruhle rhetorically asked before telling Messina her real question. "Should Joe Biden be counter-programming that? Should he be creating his own shadow government, shadow cabinet, shadow SWAT team in getting up there at a podium every night saying, 'Here's the crisis we're in. Here's what we need to do to address this?'"

Messina basically ignored Ruhle's "shadow" line of questioning, instead sticking to a general praising of Biden's current efforts.
