Especially since Mayor Richard M. Daley left office back in 2011, the city of Chicago has been plagued by mayor after mayor growing more and more progressive as they take their place over one of the greatest cities on the planet. However, it seems that legal Chicagoans are growing increasingly discontented with the way they’re being put on the back burner in favor of people who have no right to be in the country, let alone the city. And, they get a ridiculous portion of legal citizens’ tax money.
Well, it’s been happening on an almost regular basis in the last year or so, but Chicagoans have confronted current Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) at city council meetings while literally banding together and creating a group called, “Chicago Flips Red.”
Citizens after citizen after citizen took their time to take Johnson to task for ignoring the problem of actual Chicagoans in favor of people who have no business getting any kind of free benefits at the taxpayers’ expense.
“So, it has already been determined that you [Johnson] don’t follow the United States Constitution,” one woman said during her time at the podium. “And maybe that’s perhaps because you’re not a Founding Father and your name is not on the document. So perhaps, if we show you something that your name is on, maybe you’ll follow those rules.”
The woman then proceeded to hold up a “Rules of Order and Procedure” document that Johnson signed that was supposed to be a plan for Chicago from 2023 through 2027.
“However, we sit in here and watch you all the time violate our rights,” the woman added.

Another woman took her time to state her belief that Johnson is in violation of the oath he took when he was elected.
“Brandon Johnson, you have violated your oath of office,” the woman said. “You have not supported the U.S. Constitution, nor the Illinois Constitution. You have not protected the people of Chicago from invasion, nor ensure domestic tranquility.
You have also ignored the Declaration of Independence,” the woman continued, “which declares that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. No one appointed a monarch to rule over the people of Chicago.”
This goes on and on, justifiably, of concerned Chicagoans giving Johnson a figurative whoopin’ stick to the dome over his negligence of the people of the city he was elected to serve.
