Sorry, Chicago. As much I love the city, I don’t feel one ounce of bad for you. THIS IS WHAT YOU’VE VOTED FOR OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. However, I do feel bad for the kids who don’t have a say when the bureaucrats who run that city take away their parks and facilities in favor of people who have no business legally being in this country.

Youth football teams and soccer teams are going to be displaced in favor of illegal immigrants since the “sanctuary city” really didn’t have a plan in place to accommodate all of the illegals that they previously said they would protect from authorities.

Amundsen Park, among many other parks that are being considered to house the illegals, has been picked by the city to “house roughly 200 migrants,” according to Fox News.

Over 600 members of the community showed up to a meeting to voice their displeasure at again being overlooked and discriminated against by the people they elected to office in favor of illegal immigrants.

“This proposal disregards the issues of public safety that are of great neighborhood concern and that our police department has been working tirelessly to turn around,” Chicago alderman Chris Taliaferro said in a statement. “It overlooks the programming that is enjoyed by our senior and youth residents that actively utilize the park.”

Essentially, Chicago is treating people who break the law — who are also NOT U.S. citizens — better than actual Chicagoans.

It’s unfortunate, and I almost feel bad about not feeling bad for the city I grew up around, but again, the people voted for the people that are doing this to them.
