Everything’s gay. You’re gay. I’m gay. Your dog’s gay. The mailman’s gay. And, of course, someone’s a lesbian. And if you don’t acknowledge that, or fall in line with that cult, you’re a bigot! Did ya hear me?! BIGOT!!!

Almost as if on cue, actor Alan Cumming did an interview with Entertainment Weekly in which he flat out said that 2003’s “X2: X-Men United,” where Cummings portrayed the role of Nightcrawler, “is the gayest film that I’ve ever done, and that’s me saying that!”

“It’s got a queer director, lots of queer actors in it,” Cumming said. “I love the fact that something so mainstream and so in the comic book world is so queer.”

Ugh. Quit sayin weird s**t!

If you’re part of the Alphabet mafia, that’s fine. I don’t care. Do you. But, why do these people — yes, I said “these people” — need everything to be the opposite of straight?

I don’t understand it, probably because I’m not part of that community. But, even playing Devil’s advocate, why does your sexuality have to be your entire identity? These are the same people — well, at least the activists among them — who feel that a person’s skin color is their identity.

Whatever happened to judging a person by the “content of their character?” And then they want to call everyone else a fascist…please.

Cumming went on about certain art being “queer” and how “queerness” in different avenues helps people not “have to hide to exist.”

It’s 2024. The movie is from 2003. So either Cummings is trying to score Hollywood points in some fashion, or he’s just rewriting history, as leftists typically do.

The difference is that you never hear someone come out and say, “You know, that movie was really straight,” unless they’re trying to disparage straightness.

I’m sorry. It’s just weird. The whole thing is weird.
