People suck. This is why we can’t have nice things. So many people, so much of the time, are just looking for ways to bring down people that are clearly better and more successful than they’ll ever be. Some call it cancel culture. I call it envy.

Victoria Kjaer Theilvig, the new Miss Universe, is reportedly under fire for doing something totally benign for most people, but because she’s a straight, white woman, she’s not allowed to do anything that could be construed as questionable ever…for any reason.

The outrage mob of tongue chewers, who are probably a bunch of uggos, are all up in their feelings after a TikTok video of Theilvig at the Empire State Building in New York City where she mouthed the lyrics to rapper Jay-Z’s “Empire State of Mind.”

And guess what? The song has the N-word in it!!! Who knew that a Jay-Z song would be laden with N-bombs?! The horror!

Well, according to the Daily Mail, a bunch of TikTok users—who most likely aren’t even black—got upset at Theilvig and said that she should lose her crown.

As the Daily Mail reported:

‘Runner up, you're up, this one is DONE,' said one disgusted user.

'In the crown at that omg,' said another, shocked that she would have the audacity to present the Miss Universe organization in such a way.

'I feel like she needs to be decrowned an apology is not enough,' said TikTok user Majin Mo, who created a video questioning whether Theilvig would even apologize.

Shut all the way the hell up, you losers.

Stop trying to take down hot chicks, who are actually real women by the way, just because you don’t measure up.

As a lover of old-school hip-hop and R&B, if there’s a song that has the word in question in it, I don’t ignore it. It’s part of the song. If it was SOOOOO offensive, then it shouldn’t be in the song in the first place.

It doesn’t mean I hate black people, or think any less of them. It’s a lyric in a song. Grow up, slapnuts!
