Former star Major League pitcher Trevor Bauer is owed, at the very least, an apology. Major League Baseball owes him an apology. The Los Angeles Dodgers owe him an apology. And, the gold digging nutjob that tried to ruin his life because she had no money making prospects of her own owes him an apology…and then some.
Bauer was one of the best pitchers in Major League Baseball (MLB) when a woman — who I won’t name because she’s trash — apparently devised a scheme to get money out of Bauer, who she thought in text messages with friends had a net worth of $51 million at the time.
Of course, evidence and details like this were kept from Bauer and his legal team, along with a video the accuser took of herself smirking in Bauer’s bed as he slept on the same day she claimed he violently assaulted her.

Well, for the first time in two years, Bauer has been allowed to speak publicly and try to reclaim any semblance of the reputation he once had. Unfortunately, the allegations were enough to keep him out of the MLB for the last two seasons. In 2023, Bauer pitched in Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball league, where he was named an All-Star and the league’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the month of June.
Bauer, who previously was also known for his outspokenness on social media and his support of former President Donald Trump, released an almost four minute video explaining the heinous nature of the allegations against him and the results of conflicting lawsuits the accuser and Bauer filed against the other.
“Over the last two years, I’ve been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting,” Bauer said. “But hopefully, this is the last time I have to do so, as I prefer to just remain focused on doing my job — winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world. So today, I’m happy to be moving on with my life.”
