I am such a happy camper these days in one facet of my life, thankfully. Before I began this career a little over nine years ago, my mission was to expose ALL the corrupt people in politics, especially in Washington D.C. Did I get away from that? Possibly a little bit. But, it’s been very cathartic to see those that know they’re corrupt finally be faced with their own professional mortality since President Donald Trump was elected last November.
Now, I’m not necessarily saying that there’s any correlation between that and this next report, but…I’m not NOT saying it either.
According to an article by The New York Sun, “Google Searches for Criminal Defense Lawyers Surge [in] Washington, D.C. With Trump in the White House.”
Even smaller outlets, like The Bronx Daily, have articles on the issue, with theirs, “Web Searches For Criminal Defesne Attorneys Reach All Time Highs In Washington, DC.”

“The nation’s capital has always been a focal point for political and legal activities,” The Bronx Daily reported. “However, the recent increase in searches for criminal defense lawyers is unparalleled. According to data, search results for defense attorneys are approximately five times higher in Washington, DC than anywhere else in the country.”
Gee, I wonder why.
With Trump’s accountability attack dog Elon Musk attempting to go line-by-line and root out corruption, agencies like USAID are seeing increased scrutiny and those within those agencies — or with connections to the dealings within them — are apparently seeing the writing on the wall.
Maybe if these people weren’t so “allegedly” duplicitous, they wouldn’t have to sweat over someone taking a look at their books. But, it’s Washington D.C., so you have to know that the corrupt from all over the world reside in close proximity to it.
