Folks, I don’t want to give away much at all about Wednesday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” with guest Mike Benz. But, if you do nothing else this weekend, I would highly suggest watching the entire nearly three-and-a-half hour show.

For those that might not know, and how could you not with him being on every political podcast recently, but Benz is a former State Department official who worked under President Donald Trump during his first term and the current Executive Director of the Foundation For Freedom Online.”

Benz has been a sought after guest for his years of work looking into corruption within the “Deep State,” including talking about agencies like USAID [United States Agency for International Development] before it was cool.

Rogan did his audience a service by knowing to let Benz just go on long, substantive tangents on the corruption being rooted out in the dealing of USAID, its origins and what the agency did over the years and has continued to do.

Benz repeatedly referred to USAID as a major player in the “foreign policy blob.” He also issued a very stark warning to people who may still have reservations of just how “dirty” agencies like USAID are.

“When it all got opened, and you started to see the numbers and the different organizations and NGOs [non-governmental organizations] that were getting them [grants/money], was anything surprising to you or was this all what you expected?” Rogan asked.

“No, in fact, I think we’re at the tip of the iceberg. And what people are going to see on this is going to completely reorient their mental map of how they think the world works, how they think American power projects into the institutions, and I think the calls for reform are going to get louder and louder as people realize the reality that’s been constructed around them is downstream of something that was started very long ago when American statecraft, to manage the American empire, for the benefit of the American people, began to warp and distort every institution in American life from the media to now the social media companies to the unions to the universities and academics to the NGOs and think tanks to the prosecutors to our conception of terrorism to our conception of activity in the drug trade to what we’re really doing with public health programs and the medical establishment and what drives that, all the way into, you know, poverty relief and you name it.

I mean, every institution is instrumentalized by this apparatus supposedly to help us.”

And THAT’S just “the tip of the iceberg.” I’m not going to give away too much more, but 54 or 55 minutes into the show, Benz said one of the most sobering sentences I’ve ever heard concerning politics that affects our way of life.

“I always say, ‘When it’s too dirty for the CIA [Central Intelligence Agency], you give it to USAID.”

Rogan slightly chuckled, but it was in a disbelief, mind-blown kind of way — and Rogan’s heard it all through the many years of his show.

I’m going to basically repeat what I said near the top of this article. If you have time, watch this episode. And if you don’t have time…MAKE TIME. I honestly believe this is one of the most important interviews of our lifetime.

I’ll even share it with you below. Check it out (For those that prefer YouTube to Spotify, click here):
