They keep saying the quiet part out loud. These politicians in Congress keep exposing themselves for the communists they seem to be, calling on everyone else to do their dirty work when they’re the ones calling for conflict in the first place. No one asks for war, except politicians, weapons manufacturers (not regular firearms) and those at the top of the military industrial complex.

Case in point is career politician Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.). This man never met a tax dollar he didn’t like.

Durbin spoke on the Senate floor on Monday about saying he wants Republicans to work with Democrats to “Fix Our Broken Immigration System.” Now, one would think that means he would wants to work with GOPers to lessen the number of people illegally coming across U.S. borders every single day.

But, no.

Instead, Durbin said that he thinks illegal immigrants should fill the holes in our military that are currently plagued by low recruitment numbers.

Here’s part of what Durbin said:

Do you know what the recruiting numbers are at the Army, Navy, and the Air Force?  They can't reach their quotas each month.  They can't find enough people to join our military forces.  And there are those who are undocumented who want the chance to serve and risk their lives for this country.  Should we give them a chance?  I think we should.

First of all, isn’t it the Democrats that constantly try to play off like all of these illegal immigrants are seeking asylum from war-torn countries or countries saturated with overbearing government and militaries that do their bidding? Why would you make people fleeing war sign up for war? And that’s only the second biggest problem with Durbin’s “solution” to the immigration problem.

Durbin also said the following during his speech:

Since President Obama established the program, Republicans have waged a relentless campaign to overturn it and deport these Dreamers back to countries they may not even remember.  The permanent solution is enacting a piece of legislation I first introduced more than twenty years ago: the Dream Act.  It would provide a path to citizenship for Dreamers all across the country.  Without permanent protections, these young people have been forced to live in limbo and in fear that DACA will be overturned in the courts.  They have to renew their status every two years—which means they plan their lives in two-year increments.

And that brings us to the more important problem that Democrats will never mention, because most of them seem dead-set on creating a new slave class in the U.S. The senator wants to talk about what, the inconvenience an illegal immigrant has to go through to stay in the U.S. even though they shouldn’t be here? Well, they shouldn’t be here. That’s why their status — and I know it’s not “PC” to say so — is illegal.

Sorry, but if you’re here illegally and you’re allowed to stay whatever period of time for whatever diluted reason, you’re at the back on the line for everything. American citizens, including the immigrants that came to this country the right way, should get priority over you in pretty every aspect of public life that has to do with anything related to government or the privileges of being in the U.S.

You don’t have to like it. It’s simply the truth — a truth career politicians like Durbin don’t have the backbone to ever say.
