Last week, I reported on Bucks County Commissioner Diane Marseglia, who said that she would break the law because she wants “a court to pay attention to it.” Which law? Illegally counting votes after the election.
It turns out there’s a big reason that Marseglia is intentionally breaking the law — she’s a donor to Democrat incumbent Bob Casey, who lost to Republican Dave McCormick in the Pennsylvania Senate race.
Taking it even further is news aggregator and political commentator Tim Pool, who says that Marseglia isn’t the only one allegedly counting the illegal votes that seem only to benefit Casey and narrow the margin between President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.
Pool made his comments and assertions during Monday evening’s episode of the “Timcast IRL” podcast while pulling up the New York Times vote count for Bucks County and the State of Pennsylvania.
“Take a look at this, Bucks County Senate race. It was McCormick and now it flipped Bob Casey. It’s not gonna change the results. And I think the New York Times hasn’t even called the Senate race, to be completely honest. Yeah, the New York Times won’t call it, despite the fact that Casey cannot win. So now, the New York Times is actually counting what everyone knows to be illegal ballots. This number should not be inverted. The New York Times should not be calculating illegal ballots the Supreme Court of PA said ‘do not count.’ That’s wild that they’re doing this.”
Wild indeed…and also illegal. But do people like Marseglia and establishment propaganda outlets like the New York Times care about legalities when doing things that benefit themselves? It doesn’t look like it.

For context, Marseglia said last Thursday during a Bucks County Commissioners vote that she believes — despite the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling against such a practice — that the votes coming in after Election Day should be counted towards the total.
Again, let’s not forget that Marseglia is a Casey donor. And again, let’s not forget that the New York Times has been a propaganda outlet for around a century dating back to the days of writer Walter Duranty, who was highly supportive of late Soviet Union dictator Joseph Stalin.
For people like Marseglia and outlets like the New York Times, no one should be surprised. They’re simply doing things the only way they know how to — shady.
