While going back and forth Tuesday evening during Tuesday evening's ABC presidential debate, former President Donald Trump's claimed that President Joe Biden's regime weaponized the Department of Justice against him to prevent his possible election to the White House. Trump fired back against Vice President Kamala Harris' claims that Trump will be a tyrant and weaponize the government against his political opponents.

"This is the one that weaponized, not me," Trump said. "She weaponized. I probably took a bullet to the head because of the things they say about me. They talk about democracy. I'm a threat to democracy. They're the threat to democracy with the fake 'Russia, Russia, Russia' investigation that went nowhere."

On July 13, an assassin attempted to murder Trump while speaking at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
