Ohio Woman Arrested for Calling Police to Complain About Chinese Food

An Ohio woman was arrested Monday after calling 911 to complain about the quality of Chinese food that she had ordered from a local restaurant.

Tracey McCloud, 44, placed a call to Alliance Police after her food from Main Moon Chinese was "not up to par."

McCloud used a credit card to pay for her food, but after not approving of the meal, demanded cash back in return. Main Moon said that they were not able to pay back in cash, but they did return the money to her card said Cleveland-area NBC station WKYC.

Taking matters into her own hand, McCloud called 911 to report her troubles. Unfortunately for her, she was transferred to the emergency line. Since her call was not an emergency, McCloud was arrested and charged with misuse of 911, a misdemeanor in Ohio.

Per WKYC, McCloud will appear in court July 10.
