Former Southern California shock jock-turned-podcast host Tom Leykis pulled the proverbial mask off and revealed leftism for what it truly is Tuesday after he praised the accidental death of a man who was hit by a car at a Georgia racetrack over the weekend, hailing the tragic incident as “one less Trump supporter.”

Spectator Paul Ballenger, 57, was killed in a freak accident Saturday at Hartwell Motor Speedway in Hart County, Georgia, after a racecar veered off the dirt track, hit the concrete wall and sent chunks of shrapnel through the chain-link fence and into the stands. A 9-year-old boy and another adult onlooker were also hurt.

But presumably because the man was from Georgia, wore ball caps and happened to be a racing fan, Leykis naturally assumed Ballenger must therefore have been one of those inbred, backwoods, country bumpkin Trump voters the world is better off without.

“One less Trump supporter!” he posted on Twitter, along with an article reporting the man’s death.

Thankfully, the internet responded in kind. While Leykis’ tweet only got 121 “likes,” it raked in more than a few commenters who were quick to point out just how disgusting this blue-checked idiot’s sneer truly was – and that it says a lot more about him than it does about hypothetical Trump voters.

Of course, perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised given the fact that this guy spent decades trying to gain Rush Limbaugh-level fame as a lefty provocative radio host only to wind up a podcaster with 20k Twitter followers whose name people have to Google, and whose radio show’s biggest claim to fame was being as disgusting as possible, including a segment called “Leykis 101" in which Leykis told lazy perverted men how to hook up with women while spending the least amount of time, money, and effort.

Classy.

So skipping that sad and pathetic existence (and the desperation it usually creates) and going back to what really matters, People reports Ballenger, by all accounts a good and decent man, leaves behind his four children and 14 grandchildren. And, unlike Leykis, we pray his family finds comfort and peace in their grief.
