Jonathan Isaac has become well-known in the sports world for standing up for his Christian beliefs and American patriotism.

The 6’10” forward for the Orlando Magic was one of the few athletes that stood for the national anthem during the 2020 NBA bubble, during the same summer in which the "Black Lives Matter" social justice movement took America by storm - and fire. Isaac has also repeatedly shared his faith in the public square, claiming that it is the reason why he does not cater to the woke agenda that American leftists and the NBA treasure.

Isaac is now taking his faith and American values into the business world, announcing the launch of his new clothing company, “UNITUS,” that aims to be a faith-influenced and conservative alternative to the many woke companies in the fashion landscape. The clothing line will launch in August 2023.

Isaac spoke with PragerU's Amala Ekpunobi about what his vision for the company.

“You have companies that are in that field who have made a conscious decision to either attack or undermine Christian values, conservative values, and things like that,” Isaac said. “And I think they have the free choice to do so, as much as I disagree, but I feel that we also have the freedom to create what we want to create."

Isaac went on to say that if America falls deeper into wokeness, the need to stand strong for Christian and conservative values will only grow.

“As the day continues to get darker and darker and crazier and crazier — you standing up for what you believe is only going to get harder — but it’s only going to become more and more necessary,” Isaac said.

Seems like the NBA star is taking a highly proactive step towards achieving that goal.
